The 8th Consortium and Concluding Meeting of the reZEB Project (Erasmus+, Ref. 101128611) was held on 24–25 September 2026 in Tirana, Albania, bringing together project partners for two days of discussions, reflection, and planning as the project approaches its completion.
The first day of the meeting opened with a welcome from the representatives of the European University of Tirana (UET), followed by discussions on project management, administrative and financial matters, deliverables, the project website, and the implementation of the Quality Assurance Plan. Partners also reviewed the progress of the project network and the activities implemented under the preparation phase.
The second day focused on the main achievements of the development phase. Work Package leaders and partner institutions presented updates on the new and modernised modules, laboratories, and teaching materials developed within the project. Particular attention was also given to cooperation with industry, including internships and the second round of lifelong-learning activities for professionals from the industrial sector.
A short online meeting was also held with Dimitrios Moschos, Project Officer of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education reZEB project. Mr. Moschos greeted the consortium partners and thanked them for their commitment and work throughout the three years of project implementation. He acknowledged the work carried out by the partnership and the outcomes achieved during the project period.
The meeting continued with a discussion on dissemination, communication, exploitation, and sustainability, with partners reflecting on the activities already implemented and on how the project results can be maintained and further used beyond the official project duration.
The two-day meeting provided an important opportunity for the consortium to review the progress achieved over the three years of implementation, address the remaining activities and deliverables, and discuss the sustainability of the project results.
