Kebjana Haka
Kebjana Haka is Project Manager of the Office for Project Development and Partnership at the European University of Tirana. She has received a master’s degree in Governance and Public Administration from the Albanian University in Albania and she earned a Bachelor of Philosophy-Sociology in Social Sciences from the University of Tirana. Since 2013, she has been involved in the management of several projects related to regional cooperation, the European Union, and good governance issues. Ms. Haka has extensive working experience in project cycle management with a focus on developing, monitoring, evaluation, assessment of institutional performance indicators and as well as in assisting local governance units and local communities. For over five years, Haka has held the position of senior expert on IPA CBC and Transnational Cooperation Programs at the Ministry of European Integration in Albania. Subsequently, she was appointed Project Manager of Technical Assistance projects in the Ministry of European Integration, financed by the European Union. Ms. Haka is also the Executive Director of UET Centre, as from 2019.
Associate Professor Otjela Lubonja

Associate Professor Otjela Lubonja is the Head of the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering at the European University of Tirana. She has 14 years of experience in higher education and extensive professional experience in architectural design. She has served as Head of the Department for several consecutive years. She graduated in 2010 from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture Program, and completed her PhD in 2015, with the profile “Economy and Sustainable Development” at the European University of Tirana. Her research expertise is in Architectural Design. Courses she teaches include: Fundamentals of Architectural Design; Architecture Studio 1 – single-family residential design; Architecture Studio 2 – collective residential design; Architecture Studio 6 – educational facilities design; Interior Architecture and Furniture Design.
She is the author of several publications and has participated in numerous national and international conferences. She is also a reviewer for several international scientific journals with impact factor and has held a professional architecture license since 2015.
Msc. Hasimin Keci
Bachelor on economical engineering on 2018 on Polytechnic University of Tirana. Master of sciences on industrial engineering on 2021 on European University of Tirana. Since January 2025 he is PhD student in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Polytechnic University of Tirana. From July of 2018 until January of 2021, he has worked as an economist and coordinator on the company Gllavica sh.p.k. In February 2021 he has worked for a short period of time as sales manager for the company Illyria Geotechnologies. From march until July 2021ha has worked as a translator of Spanish language. In July 2021 he has returned as an industrial engineer in the company Gllavica sh.p.k. From the beginning of academical year 2021 -2022 he works as assistant lecturer in the Department of Engineering in Faculty of Engineering, Informatics and Architecture in the European University of Tirana. Since October 2024, he works as assistant lecturer in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Polytechnic University of Tirana. Since 2021 he has contributed as an expert in several “Erasmus +” projects. He is also a member of the Committee for National Minorities in the Republic of Albania.
