Dr. Diana Biba

MSc honors in Law in 2003 from Law Faculty of University of Tirana (1999 -2003); Master Studies in the Post Graduate School of European Studies (thesis “The European Court of Justice and its status under the Lisbon Treaty) and Doctorate honors in Business law (European University of Tirana, 2021); Her research is focused in the comparison of the business normative theories, and issues of corporate governance in Albania, including a perspective of EU cases.

Extensive experience as corporate lawyer; Head of Legal Affairs of the mobile operator in Albania (Eagle Mobile Sh.a.), Head of Contracts’ Management and Corporate Governance in Albtelecom Sh.a.; trainer in the Institute of Trainings of the Public Administration that delivered trainings to the civil servants/employees of the Public Administration on European Community, European Union and their respective institutions.

Part time lecturer in the European University of Tirana, Law Faculty: course of Gender and Law, and later in Human Rights. Developed publishing and research activity as an author and co-author in articles, such as: “Corporate Governance: Shareholders’ rights. The case of Albania”; “The Council of the employees in the Albanian Commercial Law”; “Economic Value Added (EVA) and Shareholder Value”; Social responsibility of private organizations versus public organizations (State) etc. Since 2017 is the administrator of KPT.

Msc. Jola Kamberaj (Osmënaj)

Jola has a background in Finance and Economics. She is a Master‘s graduate in Marketing, and in Finance with a profile in Project management and assessment. Her areas of knowledge and expertise include finance, marketing, sales, event organization, digital media, social media, applied research etc. Further, Jola has excellent communication skills, and a very good knowledge of the market. She works closely with stakeholders, to promote strong bridges of collaboration and networking.

She has been working as head of Career, Support and Students’ Information Office since its establishment, being in charge of the organization of project activities / Career counseling/ students mentoring / Supporting student council etc. The office is multitasking considering it offers support and information to prospective and actual students including alumni and their career follow-up. She has given and continues to bring a valuable contribution to different EU projects, KPT is a part. Jola is now in charge as the project coordinator. She is a lecturer of Management and Digital Media in KPT and she also teaches Management and Entrepreneurship at European University of Tirana. Jola has developed publishing and research activities.

Msc. Ing. Ilir Palushi

Msc Palushi graduated as a Mechanic Engineer in University of Tirana. He is valuable asset of the academic staff of KPT as a renowed lecturer. Msc. Palushi has a vast experience in industry both public and private. Ing Palushi has experience in working with public administration. He has served as Director of Tirana Industrial Enterprise at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy from 2006-2013
Founder and CEO of private companies operating in electronics, mechatronics. He is an expert of United Nations Industrial Development Organization on RAC Sector Consultancy; Project Management in strengthening Vocational Schools and RAC associations, International trainings in vocational education.

Eng. Marjeta DHIMA

Eng. Marjeta DHIMA completed her secondary education at the Vocational High School of Korça, and higher education at the University of Tirana, where she graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in 1977.
During her career of over 44 years Eng. Marjeta DHIMA has worked in various companies and institutions, such as: Korça Instrument Factory, Elbasan Refrigerator Company (engineer for the maintenance of refrigeration equipment and director of the company); Refrigerator Company No. 3 Tirana (maintenance of refrigeration equipment); Regional Directorate of Public Vocational Training No. 1 Tirana (instructor in the professional training courses “Autoservis” and “Thermal and Air Conditioning” as well as head of the teaching branch); “Don Bosko” Center, Tirana (teaching at the Vocational High School for the subjects “Hydraulics”, Thermotechnics” and “Technical Drawing”; Polytechnic University of Tirana (external lecturer for teaching at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture in the subject “Thermal plants in buildings”). Since 2015 Eng. Marjeta DHIMA works at the Professional College of Tirana, as a full time lecturer of the courses “Fundamentals of fluid mechanics”, “Air conditioning distribution systems. Ventilation”, “Basics of heating and heating systems” and “Gas technology”. She has completed several specialization courses and participated in development projects for education and professional training in Albania and abroad (Greece, Italy, Bulgaria, Denmark).
She has the following professional licenses:

  • Professional Skill License for Design, granted by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy;
  • License of Professional Ability for Supervision and Validation of implementation works, granted by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy;
  • Certificate of Professional Ability for Theory Teachers in Driving Schools, granted by the General Directorate of Road Transport Services
