IBC-M is therefore an excellent model of education reform for other higher education institutions in Kosovo. The core expertise lies within business management, public administration, environment, agriculture and applied IT. The IBC-M has extensive experience in the coordination of international projects (CTPCIE, STAND, ResearchCult, etc).\nInternational Public Business College (IBC-M) located in Mitrovica, Republic of Kosovo, is an independent legal entity established on the basis of the Decision of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo No. 08-V-578 dated 10.07.2023 on the ratification of the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, No. 21\/136, dated 22.03.2023 for the establishment of the Public International Business College in Mitrovica as a higher education institution, while from the point of view of the mission it is a continuation of the International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) registered on 16.03.2018 as a local foundation that provides Higher Education in Kosovo.\nIBC-M offer 4 programs in bachelor: International Sales and Marketing, Public Administration, Public Administration &amp; Welfare with two specializatzions in Public Service Management and Social Work, Environmental and Agriculture Management and Applied Information Technology.
